Schools Online Ordering Instructins
This page is intended for schools that purchase product and materials from Artposter Imagetec. Here you will find instructions for ordering your consumables and other product through our web portal.
Educational institutions that are registered with us can order their products online. We have created a group of products that will meet the needs of most schools and by limiting you use to this range of products it helps us to keep more of those products in stock. To order please follow the procedure set out below.
If you are an institution that we have an existing relationship with, we will have created an account for you. If you wish to register with us, please contact us with the name and email of the person or persons who will do the ordering. We will create an account and password for those persons and provide them with that password.
Once your account is created and you wish to order:
Go to the top right of any page on our website. Click on the link that says Sign in or create an account.
Sign in with your registered email address and the password we supplied you with:
Once you are logged in you will see the following screen where you can view your orders and change your contact details or password.
When you are ready to order, navigate to the Education products which you will find a shortcut to near the top of the products list on the left of the screen. Here you will find the products we have identified as being suitable and affordable for school use. Where discounts are available, you will find them in the products listed in the education section. You can, however order products from any part of the website.
Navigate to the product you wish to order, Click on Choose Options and choose the variant of the product. For example yip may wish to order a box of A3 size Canson Baryta sheets. Click on the Paper size and choose A3 and choose the quantity you need. Then click Add to Cart. The prices you see on the product page are the prices that the schools pay, including GST and any discounts that have been applied.
Either Continue Shopping or click on Proceed to Checkout to complete your order
Enter your billing details like the example shown. Click on the Save this address in my address book to save the details for future orders.If the shipping address is the sam as the billing address, check the I also want to ship to this address checkbox.
Choose the shipping option you wish to use. If using Australia Post the shipping is automatically calculated. If you wish to pick up the order or have us ship it to you via a courier choose Pick up in store.
Click on Continue. to get to the Order Confirmation screen. Here you can choose a payment method. If you are using a Purchase order from your finance department, please click on the Purchase Order option. In the comments section please enter your purchase order number and any other instructions such as if you would like us to use a local or statewide courier at cost price..Click on Continue to confirm your order.
